Using the Discussion Tool

The Discussion Tool is also known as a message board. A conversation subject, or thread, is started by someone... that might be your teacher, or it may be students who start a new subject. Others will see the subjects in the list, and they can reply to what's been said before.

Keep in mind:
  1. Be appropriate, kind, and respectful.
  2. Use formal writing... Proper grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and spelling.
  3. Be mindful of threads that already exist. Don't start a new topic if somebody already has a conversation started on that thread.
  4. If you are working on a "Basic Wiki" that has the edit tools hidden, you'll need to show editing tools in order to see the "double-bubble."
